As we head into Round 3, the Hoyas are a 7.5 favorite over Vanderbilt. They are currently going out at 8-5 to win the East region and 9-2 to win the tournament. Interestingly, most books have UNC as a slight favorite to win the East, but Georgetown is getting the same or slightly better odds as UNC to win the whole thing.
