Exactly--well stated.
All they are saying is the obvious: the facilities suck. The Committee on Intellectual Life pointed this out almost one decade ago when it compared Georgetown's science facilities to that of a community college.
They now need to do something about it. This should have been a fundraising priority ten years ago.
